Rule 23
Can prevent voting
(1) If any special or unusual circumstances arise and polling cannot take place smoothly, the polling officer may publish a notice and order to stop polling for a certain period of time. The polling officer should inform the election officer about the suspension of voting.
(2) If the polling cannot be resumed within the specified time according to sub-rule (1), the polling officer may postpone the polling for that day in accordance with Section 40 of the Polling Act.
